Objectives:
-Students will be able to define spoil island, siltation, open bay disposal, dredge and dredge spoil.
-Students will be able to explain how a spoil island is created.
-Students will be able to describe the different points of view centered around the issue of dredge spoil and the placement of spoil material.
-Students will be able to form a personal opinion about the issue of dredge spoil placement.
