Join Us For Galveston's 2nd World Oceans Day Festival!

The World Oceans Day Festival and Marine Debris Art Contest will be held on Thursday, June 8th, from 4-7PM

Come out and enjoy a fun and educational good time! Partner organizations will be hosting interactive activities to help ocean-lovers of all ages learn about the marine world and how we connect to it. Partner Organizations Include:

Artist Boat, Flower Garden Banks National Marine Sanctuary,
Galveston Beach Patrol, FotoFest, Turtle Island Restoration Network,
Houston-Galveston Area Council, Friends of Galveston Island State Park,
Eddie V. Gray Wetlands Center, The Houston Zoo, Houston Wilderness,
Galveston Bay Estuary Program, and Texas Marine Mammal Stranding Network

Tom's Fun Band will also perform at the World Oceans Day Festival! Tom's Fun Band uses music and comedy to make learning about preserving our natural resources fun and thought provoking. You will chant, clap and sing along with this popular duo as you learn more about everyone's role in conservation.
